Information You Provide:

• Account Information: When you register using Google Sign-In, we collect your full name, email address, and Google account ID. You will also be required to provide your date of birth and your city.
• User-Generated Content: We collect the photos you post, the items you add to your "SHOP," and the messages you exchange.
• Geolocation: We collect your location at the time of registration to suggest friends and shops in your city.

Information Collected Automatically:

• Usage Data: We may collect information about how you access and use the application, such as the features you use, the actions you take, and the time, frequency, and duration of your activities.
• Device Information: We may collect information about the device you use to access our application, including the hardware model, operating system and version, and unique device identifiers.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for various purposes:

• To provide and maintain our Service.
• To manage your account.
• To enable you to interact with other users.
• To personalize your experience and suggest friends or shops.
• To operate your "SHOP" and facilitate communication with buyers.
• To analyze the usage of the application to improve it.

Sharing Your Information

We do not share your personal information with third parties, except in the following cases:

• With Other Users: Your name, profile picture, and the content you post will be visible to other users.
• For Legal Reasons: We may disclose your information if we are required to do so by law.

Data Security

The security of your data is a priority. We implement technical security measures to protect your information. Notably, messages exchanged in the chat are protected by encryption in transit (between your device and our Firebase servers). This means your communications are secured during their transfer.

Your Data Protection Rights

You have the right to access, update, or delete the information we have on you. You can exercise these rights directly from your account settings or by contacting us.

Children's Policy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 16. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 16 without verification of parental consent, or that a user is violating our conduct rules related to child safety (including posting CSAM), we will take steps to remove this information and/or the user's account immediately and report the content to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.

Reporting, CSAM Handling, and Safety Contact

Users can report content or conduct that violates our terms directly within the application using the reporting tools provided on posts and profiles.

All reports, especially those concerning child safety, are treated with the highest priority. CHATWAN has a zero-tolerance policy against any content that exploits or endangers minors, including but not limited to Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). We are committed to reporting all credible instances of CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or other relevant law enforcement agencies.
